Big O is a professional guy. I brought my Honda Odessey '07 with AC problem. He made it fixed in a timely fashion.
Great and fast service with our transmission problems. I have had two transmissions repaired there now. Both times I was informed about what was wrong, how long it would take and the cost. "Big O" kept me updated with their progress with the repairs. He also checked to see if everything was still working good with the transmission a couple weeks after repairs was completed.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed!

First came to this location 2 and a half years ago when I needed a new transmission. The customer service here is wonderful. Big O is honest, friendly, and patient. Never had a problem out of these guys and I totally trust their work.
I just recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to make sure all critical fluids were changed for a baseline reset. The cost and time of doing this myself compared to the time and quality received make it a no-brainer to return for future maintenance. Thanks to Big-O and Mike for taking the time to show old fluid conditions and discuss all options. This Aamco is a truck saver. We had our diesel f350 super duty at another shop for transmission repairs. They took the transmission out 5 times and tried to fix the problem. They could not fix the problem. Took it to the Missouri City Aamco with Big O's determination and the skills of his crew, they were able to fix our Truck and get it back to a great truck again. It shifts better than it did when we bought it. I will recommend Big O and his crew to anyone needing transmissi9n work. Thank you Big O for keeping us informed of all progress and for fixing our Truck.

This place has excellent customer service , they listened to the problem I was having with my truck , and instead of shoving a new transmission on me, they actually tested and my vehicle and observed that i just had a transmission leaked that was the cause for my hard shifting and check engine light being on . And observed another problem with my truck that I would not have known about . I’m am pleased to say the price was very reasonable and my truck works well . #tundrastillrolling

Upon searching for a mechanic shop closer to home I google shops after I was disappointed with a previous mechanic shop on cartwright. I called Aamco and transmission on 5707 hwy 6 in Missouri city after reading the reviews. I was pleased with the reviews had the vehicle towed to there location. After about 5 different trips thought everything was fix and I would have no more issues. I took the vehicle there starting in June. They staff was very friendly. I had to take my vehicle back 5 different times. Finally When I got the vehicle back which I thought was my last time having the issue of the vehicle not starting boy was in for a surprise. It wasn't 1 week after getting the car back the vehicle wouldn't start again. I had the car towed to auto zone after road side services came out and said it was my battery. I went back to check the guy at auto zone checked and said it was my starter had the vehicle towed back to the aamco this morning after 11:30 am spoke with the Manager Big O he said they would put in the starter at no charge at of that is fine and well but today was my grand daughters birthday and having my vehicle not working after 5 previous visit is very irritating for me. We had plans after school with some of her friends to go bowling had to canceled because my vehicle was not ready until tomorrow after 10 am. I don't believe in the future will return for services.
If i could give 10 stars i would!!!! Hard to find trustworthy mechanics now a days !!! I will never take anything of my vehicles any where else The management is superior to any other iv ever experienced
The gentlemen who works the front is an absolute dream of a human being. From the moment I called in on Friday asking for an appointment, to getting my car in on Monday, he was absolutely wonderful to work with, he was very honest and transparent, and just the way he held himself I knew he was a very trustworthy gentleman.
